Managed Services Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk Technicians

StratX IT Solutions is looking for full-time Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk Technicians to provide support to our client base. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use knowledge and training to remotely troubleshoot and diagnose problems with diverse operating systems and software applications, including all Windows Server versions, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and other hosted email solutions, backup software and virus removal.
  • Diagnose/repair/re-image/reload PC operating systems remotely.
  • Manage, support, and troubleshoot network printers, scanners, and mobile devices remotely for clients.
  • Remotely configure and repair wireless devices, routers and network switches.
  • Remotely troubleshoot basic network issues and implement repairs.
  • Work under the direction of senior technical staff to implement solutions or repairs remotely.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of help/service desk experience required.
  • Customer service, communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and/or shifting priorities.
  • Ability to occasionally work past 5 PM to complete work tasks.
  • Ability to work after hours/weekend support shift on a rotating basis.
  • Knowledge of ConnectWise a plus
